Senior Finance Manager | Media & Sport | Commercial Focus
A rare opportunity to join one of the most recognisable names in media and sport.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial and operational teams, partnering on some of the biggest events and clients in the UK.
This role sits at the heart of commercial finance — blending accounting rigour with real business influence. You’ll take ownership of forecasting, month-end, and analysis across multiple revenue streams and high-volume contracts, turning data into decisions.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Commercial and Operations to deliver accurate month-end, forecasting and analysis
- Build and challenge budgets, forecasts and business cases (ROI, IRR, payback)
- Produce insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
- Support RFPs and new deals to ensure cost coverage and profitability
- Liaise across finance and commercial to improve visibility, accuracy and reporting quality
What you’ll need
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong commercial mindset and Excel skills (pivots, Power Query, analysis)
- Experience managing high-volume or multi-project environments
- Confident communicator who can build credibility with senior non-finance teams
- Background in media, sport, marketing, or similar fast-paced industries
The offer
- Salary around £75,000 plus Bonus and healthy package
