Responsibilities
- Processing incoming royalty income from licensees worldwide
- Setting up and inputting contracts into the royalties system
- Reconciling payments between finance and royalties systems
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Handling queries from authors and rights partners
- Chasing missing royalty statements
- Assisting with audit work at interim and year end
What you will need
- Highly numerate and completely comfortable working with figures at volume
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, you spot errors others miss
- A problem solving approach, you investigate anomalies rather than ignore them
- Resilient and comfortable with process driven, repetitive work
- A background in royalties, contracts, finance admin or a similar field
