You’ll be working across the full month-end process, intercompany accounts, and audit prep, while also helping to streamline reporting and ERP systems. This role’s ideal for someone hands-on, confident, and ready to take ownership in a buzzy, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts (FRS 102)
  • Running intercompany reconciliations
  • Posting journals: prepayments, accruals, fixed assets
  • Supporting year-end and audit process
  • Driving improvements to ERP and reporting systems
  • Working with creative, logistics and wider ops teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
  • 4+ years’ experience in management accounts
  • Strong Excel + confident handling intercompany & audits
  • Problem solver with a collaborative mindset
  • Passion or genuine interest in the fashion industry
