An established, independent music group is hiring a Direct To Fan Manager to play a key role in shaping how artists connect with their fans globally. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong D2C fundamentals to step into a visible, trusted position working closely with artists, labels, and senior stakeholders. You will be hands-on in the day-to-day running of artist and label stores, while also having the chance to influence how direct-to-fan activity evolves across the business. This is a broad, end-to-end D2C role with real ownership. You will be the go-to person for direct-to-fan activity, partnering closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver engaging stores and campaigns that fans care about. Key responsibilities:
- Owning the day-to-day operation of multiple artist and label D2C stores
- Working closely with label and audience teams to bring releases and campaigns to life through D2C
- Setting up and optimising products, pricing, imagery, and copy to maximise fan engagement
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and revenue
- Managing inventory levels and supporting stock planning
- Merchandising storefronts to ensure a strong fan-first experience
- Acting as a key point of contact with D2C and fulfilment partners
- Supporting reporting and insights shared with senior stakeholders
About you:
- 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce or D2C, ideally within music or a culture-led brand
- Confident, hands-on Shopify operator who can manage stores independently
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownership
