We are working with one of London’s most iconic music and entertainment businesses to find a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This isn’t your average finance role. The business has serious heritage - a household name in music and entertainment - and the working environment reflects that. Think great food, a free gym, cultural events on your doorstep and a team that actually enjoys coming to work.

Reporting into the Management Accountant, you’ll be a core part of a small, collaborative finance team where your contribution genuinely matters. This isn’t a siloed, process-heavy environment - you’ll be encouraged to get involved in process improvement, work cross-functionally, and grow into broader responsibilities over time including month-end support.

Day-to-day you’ll be handling:

  • Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Supporting process improvement projects alongside the IT team
  • Month-end tasks including journals as you develop in the role

About You

  • 2+ years transactional finance experience
  • Comfortable with AP, AR and reconciliations
  • AAT, ACCA or CIMA studier, or a relevant degree with solid hands-on experience
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving, less structured environment
  • A strong team player - culture fit is taken seriously here
  • Background in media, hospitality, entertainment or an SME is a plus
  • Large corporate-only backgrounds are unlikely to be the right fit

The Package

  • Free gym membership and daily fitness classes
  • Free breakfast and lunch every day
  • 24/7 GP access
  • Your birthday off
  • Free entry to some of London’s best music events
  • And plenty more
