This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most established names in music and entertainment business management at a genuinely exciting moment in their growth. Following a period of restructuring, they are looking for an experienced Business Manager to come in at a senior level, take ownership of a portfolio of high profile clients and lead a small team of ambitious accountants. You will work closely with the Director and Associate Director and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as their trusted day to day advisor
  • Leading on accounts preparation, tax compliance and financial oversight
  • Managing, mentoring and developing two senior team members
  • Reviewing VAT returns and overseeing billing
  • Getting involved in client meetings and solving complex queries
  • Contributing to the wider team and operational strategy

What they are looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Currently operating at Business Manager or Senior Accountant level in practice
  • 5 years or more post qualified experience
  • Confident managing client relationships end to end
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members

Experience working with music, entertainment or media clients is a strong advantage but not essential. Some of the best people in this team have come from outside the sector and brought their skills with them.
