Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming royalty income from licensees worldwide
  • Setting up and inputting contracts into the royalties system
  • Reconciling payments between finance and royalties systems
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Handling queries from authors and rights partners
  • Chasing missing royalty statements
  • Assisting with audit work at interim and year end

What you will need

Must have:

  • Highly numerate and completely comfortable working with figures at volume
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, you spot errors others miss
  • A problem solving approach, you investigate anomalies rather than ignore them
  • Resilient and comfortable with process driven, repetitive work

Useful but not essential:

  • A background in royalties, contracts, finance admin or a similar field
