Marketing Assistant to join their UK Marketing team.

- ? Key Responsibilities
- Support label managers and the wider UK marketing team on a variety of campaigns and projects
- Upload new releases to internal systems, ensuring track listings, artwork and branding are correct
- Manage guest lists for gigs and events
- Assist with compiling sales notes and DSP pitch forms
- Complete metadata sheets for upcoming releases
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with finance for urgent payments
- Manage shared content libraries and ensure internal teams have access to the latest assets
- Book travel for artists and team members
- Oversee interns within the department
- Provide cover for marketing managers during absences
- Maintain and update internal marketing documents and catalogues

- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confident in building relationships with artists, managers, agents, and internal teams
