The role sits within their Legal and Business Affairs team and covers a wide range of responsibilities including contracts, rights, royalties, digital releases and catalogue management. No two days are the same and you will be working across the whole business.

  • Contract administration, rights enquiries and licensing
  • Data entry and maintenance across rights management systems
  • Reporting to support finance, royalties and A&R teams
  • Coordinating catalogue and repertoire information
  • Supporting digital release workflows
  • Tracking deadlines, rights expiries and deliverables

About you:

  • Experience in an admin or coordinator role, preferably in music or entertainment
  • Sharp attention to detail and good at juggling priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up new systems
  • A clear communicator who can deal with people at all levels
  • Passionate about music
