Groundcare Machinery Sales – Berkshire & Oxfordshire
Field‑Based | Home‑Based in or around Reading
A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with professional groundcare machinery and wants a role with autonomy, variety and strong customer contact.
This position covers Berkshire and Oxfordshire, working with market‑leading groundcare brands supplied to local authorities, estates, sports facilities and commercial contractors. You’ll be demonstrating equipment, advising customers, and managing your own territory day‑to‑day.
We’re open to experienced sales professionals or engineers/technicians who understand groundcare machinery and want to move into a commercial role.
The Role
- Sell professional groundcare equipment across Berkshire and Oxfordshire
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Demonstrate machinery on site and support customers with technical guidance
- Represent both traditional and autonomous groundcare solutions
- Plan your territory, manage your pipeline and attend industry events when required
About You
- Experience in groundcare, machinery sales, or a background as a greenkeeper, course manager or machinery technician
- Strong communication and relationship–building skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable working to targets
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Full UK driving licence (willing to obtain trailer licence)
- Based in or around Reading, with willingness to travel across the region
