The data centre market is evolving at pace. AI, hyperscale expansion, increasing power density, and demand for faster deployment are reshaping how infrastructure is designed, built, and connected. Our client is looking for an experienced Product Line Lead to drive the commercial success and strategic direction of a portfolio of physical infrastructure solutions serving the global data centre ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands how products succeed within the data centre environment, not just on paper, but in the real world. You'll combine market insight, commercial ownership, product strategy, and team leadership to shape the future direction of a growing product portfolio. You will be the voice of the market inside the organisation, translating customer needs, competitor intelligence, and industry trends into profitable product strategies, successful launches, and long-term growth. If you've built your career around physical data centre infrastructure, connectivity, cabling, racks, power, cooling, containment, or adjacent technologies, this is an opportunity to lead at a strategic level while still maintaining close proximity to the market and customers. As Product Line Lead, you will own the commercial and strategic performance of your product portfolio from concept through to retirement.
