If you enjoy solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and keeping systems tight, controlled, and audit‑ready, this role offers the perfect platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that their quality systems, processes, and customer interactions meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading customer quality investigations (RCA/CAPA) — ensuring issues are logged, analysed, resolved, and prevented from recurring.
  • Managing internal non‑conformances — driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely closure.
  • Facilitating Engineering Change Control (ECR) — ensuring changes are assessed, documented, progressed, and closed in a controlled, traceable manner.
  • Maintaining quality data, traceability, and reporting — producing accurate dashboards, insights, and trend analysis.
  • Overseeing calibrated asset governance — keeping registers accurate and certificates controlled.
  • Supporting UL compliance and customer audits — ensuring evidence is complete, timely, and aligned with requirements.
  • Monitoring quarantine stock — identifying trends and escalating systemic issues.

This role works closely with engineering, operations, sales, supply chain, and customers — keeping everyone aligned, informed, and accountable.
