- Communication of strategic requirements and insights for content development e. g. monthly calendars or campaigns
- Social media consultancy / strategic support (e. g. sourcing trends or sounds for content ideas), ensuring all assets meet channel best practices
- Content publishing – manual and scheduling – plus channel management for all client accounts
- Community management – both proactive and reactive – and engagement across all client accounts
- Media landscape immersion and regular research on latest trends to support channel optimisation for client accounts
- Collation of latest industry trends and social insights to benefit account growth and promote expertise / awareness to clients
- Social art direction for shoots, briefing content creators on capture requirements and guiding on set to meet client objectives and overall vision
- Day‑to‑day management of Sauce social channels and responsibility for implementing best practice, helping drive Tik Tok and Instagram growth targets
- CREATIVE PRODUCTION
- Creative ideation for assets and content series in line with client strategies and monthly content calendar briefs
- Art direction for shoots including storyboarding, shotlists and moodboards
- High‑quality, multi‑format social content capture for video shoots, ensuring all client requirements are met in line with brief and objectives
- Supplier management, expenses tracking and location / prop sourcing
- Reel / Tik Tok / story / in‑feed asset creation, curation and editing including sound‑sourcing / application and text overlay application
- Caption copywriting and SEO management, supporting managers and juniors in calendar writing
- ACCOUNT / CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Ownership and curation of client relationships, day‑to‑day stakeholder management and liaison
- Setting of meeting agendas and leading client / internal connects
- Project management including file management, meeting attendance and notes, action tracking and timeline management
- Time management to work within allotted hours per client, completing timesheets on a daily basis
- Support and quality‑check the work of junior social executives across accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years' experience at a social media / marketing agency, with strong evidence of delivering Instagram/Tik Tok strategy, growth and content across multiple clients
- Proven expertise in influencer marketing, from strategy and outreach through to negotiation and campaign delivery
- Prior experience within food, drink, hospitality or travel is highly desirable
- Examples of managing / posting high‑engagement paid & organic content
- Examples of working with influencers and suppliers
- Experience working with social media tools such as Sprout, Hey Orca, Pulsar, Tik Tok Creator Marketplace or equivalent
- Experience mentoring or line‑managing junior team members is a plus
