An exciting hybrid role within Sauce Communications' Lifestyle Team, working across a dynamic portfolio of travel and restaurant clients. This position offers the opportunity to take real ownership of accounts, lead high-impact campaigns, and collaborate closely with our new partner The M Collective as we build the next chapter of The Sauce Collective.

We're looking for a passionate PR professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves the craft of storytelling, and is excited by standout activations that drive commercial results. PR agency experience and exposure to hotel clients are essential; restaurant PR expertise is highly desirable.

  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior media lead, nurturing influential journalist relationships and continually expanding a best-in-class contact network for the benefit of all Sauce clients.
  • Partner with Directors and specialist teams to develop imaginative, integrated PR strategies that align tightly with client objectives and sales ambitions.
  • Champion a client-first, agency-wide approach – blending travel, F&B and lifestyle expertise to deliver campaigns that are distinctive, credible and measurable.
  • Stay culturally and commercially connected, identifying emerging trends, talent and industry moments that can be translated into proactive news angles.
  • Client Relations & Commercial Ownership
  • Provide informed, strategic counsel grounded in deep sector knowledge and genuine understanding of each client's brand DNA.
  • Design and implement engagement plans that protect revenue, unlock organic account growth, and support new projects and launches.
  • Hold financial oversight of budgets and resource allocation, ensuring smart, profitable account management without overservicing.
  • Support quarterly reviews and contract renewal planning, maintaining senior client contact and clear forward momentum.
  • Represent Sauce Communications at industry events to support recruitment, partnerships and new business initiatives.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor and line-manage junior colleagues, supporting career pathing, skills development and confidence in media relations.
  • Help deliver robust induction, onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect Sauce's nurturing and high-performance culture.
  • Lead by example as a positive ambassador for Sauce at all times, contributing to a fun, inclusive and supportive working environment.
  • Collaborate with the MD and Directors on team-building and Media Excellence initiatives.

  • Proven PR agency experience within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury travel.
  • Essential exposure to hotel and travel media relations; restaurant and consumer brand experience a strong advantage.
