We’re expanding with the opening of Aalia Wine Bar—a beautiful extension of our premium food and beverage offering that will hold the integrity of Aalia Restaurant. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing team and work alongside highly skilled, experienced sommeliers in both the restaurant and the new wine bar.
What you’ll do:
- Guide guests with confident wine recommendations, pairings, and service storytelling.
- Serve wine by the glass and bottle with precision (glassware, temperature, decanting).
- Maintain fine‑dining floor standards: pacing, topping, table maintenance, and service recovery.
- Support cellar tasks: restocking, rotation, binning, glassware care, and stocktakes.
- Collaborate with the sommelier team on seasonal updates, tastings, and events—plus contribute to the Aalia Wine Bar opening.
What you bring:
- Strong floor experience in quality restaurants or wine bars (fine‑dining experience highly regarded).
