  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal management
  • Run tailored product demos and commercial presentations for C‑suite, compliance leads, and firm principals
  • Drive expansion within existing customers
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships, becoming a strategic partner
  • Travel regularly across the UK to meet prospects and customers in person, attend industry events, and represent Saturn
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience

Who You Are

  • 4-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of building relationships with enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, contract negotiation and deal structuring
  • Excellent communicator who can build credibility quickly with C‑levels and hold strategic conversations
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in or selling to wealth management, financial advice firms or financial services more broadly
  • Background in FinTech or B2B SaaS selling to regulated industries
  • Deep familiarity with the UK IFA/wealth management landscape

  • Earn Trust: Build strong relationships through integrity, transparency, and delivering on your promises.
  • Seek Truth: Be data‑driven, curious, and unafraid to challenge assumptions in pursuit of the best solutions.
  • Be Audacious: Dream big, take ownership, take calculated risks, and push boundaries to create meaningful progress.
  • Orbit Together: Collaborate with a shared mission, knowing collective success drives greater outcomes.
  • Will to Care: Care about your team, customers and work to the extreme degree; Read Unreasonable Hospitality.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Offsites in Tropical places
  • Dental and best in class medical insurance
  • Budget for learning and professional growth
