The Role
We're looking for a Partner to own and grow Saturn's enterprise relationships. You'll manage the full sales cycle for our largest accounts including: national advice networks, consolidators, and large wealth management firms.
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, proposals, and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal management
- Run tailored product demos and commercial presentations for C‑suite, compliance leads, and firm principals
- Drive expansion within existing customers
- Develop and maintain senior relationships, becoming a strategic partner
- Travel regularly across the UK to meet prospects and customers in person, attend industry events, and represent Saturn
- Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience
Who You Are
- 4-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of building relationships with enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Deep understanding of pricing strategy, contract negotiation and deal structuring
- Excellent communicator who can build credibility quickly with C‑levels and hold strategic conversations
- Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
Nice To Have
- Experience working in or selling to wealth management, financial advice firms or financial services more broadly
- Background in FinTech or B2B SaaS selling to regulated industries
- Deep familiarity with the UK IFA/wealth management landscape
