We have a vacancy for a Quality Co-ordinator to join our Quality Services department.
About The Department
SATRA's Quality Services department delivers audit and calibration services to a global customer base. Our Laboratory Accreditation programme is used by consumer goods manufacturers to achieve robust in-house testing of products. Accredited Laboratories ensure ongoing compliance to the requirements of the programme through annual audits and on-site assessment of staff in the testing undertaken. Our calibration services involve the calibration of physical testing equipment used by both commercial and production-based laboratories worldwide. SATRA's calibration service is fully traceable to national standards laboratories, and the department works to an ISO 17025: 2017 quality system. The Quality Services Team consists of multiskilled technologists who are all capable of delivering both audit and calibration services to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Check calibration certificates.
- Check Audit Reports leather and laboratory.
- Drafting of accreditation leather and laboratory.
- Updating Calibration templates and procedures.
- Overseeing correlation templates and programme.
- Managing equipment and external calibration.
- Issuing reports and certificates to customers.
You will be required to work closely with a UK and a China based team of technologists to ensure the alignment on-time delivery of audit and calibration reports and certificates.
About You
Essential
- Highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and without continual direction.
- Highly organised and methodical manner.
- Good interpersonal skills and a good level of oral and written communication.
- Ability to demonstrate a good attention to technical detail.
Desirable
- Experience of working with an ISO 17025: 2017 Quality System.
- Experience of SATRA dynamics system.
