We have a vacancy for a Full time Technician to work in our Furniture Flammability department. SATRAs Furniture Flammability department is an international centre of excellence for furniture testing, training, consultancy and innovation. Our expertise makes SATRA the premier technical partner for suppliers, manufacturers and retailers of furniture and its components. We test against national, European and international standards, as well as key retailer specifications, to give our customers the confidence that their furniture is fit for purpose and safe to use.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and conditioning of samples
- Testing samples to British, European and International Standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of lab areas
- Planning and agreeing testing schedules
About You
Successful candidates will be required to have the following: Essential GCSE Maths, English.
