Responsibilities

  • Lead operation of critical, multi‑disciplinary Enterprise AI Governance processes, driving streamlined decision‑making, reduced cycle times, and consistent, controlled execution across governance domains.
  • Support the ongoing strategic transformation of Enterprise AI Governance through control standardization and automation to improve speed, consistency, and control.
  • Develop into a subject matter expert on AI Governance, advising senior leadership and key stakeholders on risks, safeguards, and strategic implications, while providing transparent progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of operating complex, multi‑stakeholder processes at scale within a global financial institution, ideally incorporating governance, compliance and/or regulatory‑focused components.
  • Evidence of leading successful optimization / re‑engineering of operational processes through data‑driven, analytical approaches.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable interest and awareness in the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to transform Financial Services, with clear desire to rapidly upskill in this domain.
  • A bachelor's degree, or professional experience.
