Responsibilities
- Lead the Wealth Services EMEA IAM function as the subject matter expert, overseeing service quality, control compliance, and secure access delivery across key Wealth Management applications.
- Manage a small operations team, handling daily client access provisioning requests, access management processes, and joiner, mover, and leaver provisioning activities.
- Drive access governance by maintaining the Segregation of Duties (SoD) framework, leading access reviews and certification campaigns, and owning remediation of IAM control issues related to MFA, SSO, password policy settings, and related access management controls.
- Partner with business onboarding teams, client service teams, and engineering to deliver new onboarding of clients' accounts, lead integration to BNY central services, and reduce manual processes through automation, AI, and business process automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, information security, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a fast‑paced engineering or technology environment with strong expertise in identity and access management, access provisioning, and entitlement governance.
- Strong understanding of modern ways of working, including Agile methodologies and associated toolsets, with experience applying automation, artificial intelligence, or robotic process automation to improve operational processes.
- Strong risk and controls background, including identification and management of Segregation of Duties risks, support for audit and compliance activity, and execution of access reviews and control remediation.
- Experience leading or coaching small operational teams and working effectively with global stakeholders across business, technology, onboarding, and risk functions.
