We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Global Collateral Control team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • This role resides in the Product Governance function of the Global Collateral Client Platform First Line Control Team.
  • You would be responsible for executing the Platform's product governance model for global products and strategic initiatives, working closely with product owners including assessing business change impacts and governance, maintaining the product catalogue, supporting change governance submissions, supporting product planning risk assessments and defining Control requirements for product developments.
  • Additionally, you could be responsible for certain regulatory compliance and pricing control activities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience in compliance, risk or operational governance is required, with demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills including providing technical advice.
  • Experience in collateral management, custody and data analytics is preferred.
  • Organized, reliable, mature team player who takes initiative with a strong capacity to work autonomously, responsibility towards client outcomes, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and the team.
  • Contributes to an inclusive working culture.

No direct reports: may occasionally supervise small teams and projects.
