Strong experience working with Project Directors / Senior Project Teams.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the Company’s EHS and ISO Management Systems across all projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, statutory requirements, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Guide and support Project Directors and Project Teams on EHS and ISO matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Plan and lead internal audits, management reviews, and external ISO certification audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety and quality culture.
- Provide EHS and ISO training to project and site personnel.
