DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create business plans for the top Business partners
- Work closely with the sales manager to execute the channel strategy
- Work closely with the sales team in engaging with business partners
- Revenue & Performance Management
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Internal Stakeholder Alignment
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Governance & Compliance
- Continuous Improvement & Scale
ENVIRONMENTAL, HYGIENE AND HEALTH & SAFETY:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- SATO Business operation knowledge
- SATO Product knowledge; Printer, Consumables, Service, Software products, RFID, AIDC
- Good understanding of the channel network, distribution, VARS, integrators, alliances, indirect/direct sales
- Commercial and contractual knowledge - Understanding of partner contracts, agreements, and SLAs
- Marketing and competitive intelligence - Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Data and Tools systems – CRM, Partner portal, Dashboards
- Experience of New Business Development
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
- Team player that is flexible, resilient and tenacious.
OTHER: Undertake projects and tasks as directed by Line Management subject to having the necessary competence and training, particularly with regard to health and safety issues.
