Satis Education is seeking an ambitious and inspirational interim Headteacher for our client school in the Midlands. If you are a motivating and engaging leader who can lead from the front and inspire others, we would be very keen to hear from you. Our client school is a thriving secondary school, proud of its strong community, nurturing ethos, and commitment to providing excellent opportunities for every learner. The position is to start as soon as possible and will be on an ongoing basis.

What we are looking for:

  • A leader who can manage and organise the personnel, financial, and professional needs of the school's resources and staff
  • A proven track record in raising standards in teaching and learning, with measurable whole school improvements
  • A leader with the interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with staff, parents, pupils, and governors
