Headteacher Elements Academy Ethos Academy Trust Salary: Up to L29 Contract: Full time, permanent Location: Elements Academy, Rotherham (with leadership responsibility for Elevate, Herringthorpe) Start date: September 2026 Ethos Academy Trust is seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead Elements Academy and its Elevate provision. This is a rare chance to shape a growing special school that supports children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs across Key Stages 2–4. Elements Academy opened in 2022 and now provides 170 places for pupils with EHCPs. The school is built on nurture principles. Staff offer personalised teaching, targeted pastoral support and a curriculum designed to build resilience, confidence and ambition. Elevate, our new KS4 provision, expands this mission with a tailored pathway that prepares students for adulthood. You will join a Trust with a strong track record of improving life chances for vulnerable pupils. Our academies are welcoming, calm and purposeful. We set high expectations.
