SATIGO delivers digital and technology programmes to organisations across the UK public sector through structured Statement of Work (SoW) delivery models. As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, shape project scope, and mobilise the right consultants to deliver successful outcomes. This role sits between the client, delivery teams and internal operations. You will play a key role in ensuring programmes are structured correctly, consultants are deployed effectively, and projects run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client interaction and project mobilisation.
What you will be doing
- Engage with UK public sector clients to understand technology and digital programme requirements
- Work with clients to help shape Statements of Work and delivery scope
- Mobilise consultants into project teams and coordinate delivery resources
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Support RFI and bid responses with the bid team when new opportunities arise
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout programme delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand ongoing programmes and support additional workstreams
What we are looking for
- Experience working with Statement of Work (SoW) or project-based delivery models
- Background in digital projects
- Experience mobilising consultants or delivery teams into projects
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
- Comfortable coordinating across delivery, compliance and operations teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple engagements
