We support public sector organisations in delivering technology modernisation and business-critical programmes. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to establish and grow our Local Government practice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and grow strategic relationships across Local Government organisations
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand digital, data and technology priorities
- Identify, shape and close Statement of Work opportunities aligned to client outcomes
- Mobilise consultants and delivery teams into live programmes
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and governance
- Act as a trusted advisor across both commercial and delivery discussions
- Build a sustainable pipeline and drive revenue growth within the Local Government sector
What We're Looking For
- Essential
- Experience working within or selling into UK Local Government
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital technology programmes
- Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Desirable
- Experience selling Statement of Work, consultancy or project-based services
- Understanding of public sector procurement and framework agreements
- Existing Local Government network
