We support public sector organisations in delivering technology modernisation and business-critical programmes. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to establish and grow our Local Government practice.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and grow strategic relationships across Local Government organisations
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand digital, data and technology priorities
  • Identify, shape and close Statement of Work opportunities aligned to client outcomes
  • Mobilise consultants and delivery teams into live programmes
  • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and governance
  • Act as a trusted advisor across both commercial and delivery discussions
  • Build a sustainable pipeline and drive revenue growth within the Local Government sector

What We're Looking For

  • Essential
  • Experience working within or selling into UK Local Government
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital technology programmes
  • Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships
  • Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Desirable
  • Experience selling Statement of Work, consultancy or project-based services
  • Understanding of public sector procurement and framework agreements
  • Existing Local Government network
