We are looking for an experienced and driven Client Director to lead our Residency Business with a strong focus on the public sector. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Central Government, NHS, Defence, and Police sectors to build strong client relationships and deliver successful projects that contribute to the growth of our public sector practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with public sector clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the public sector, leveraging your expertise and existing networks to drive growth and expand our client base.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans for the public sector, providing insights based on industry trends and client needs.
  • Advocacy and Feedback: Serve as the voice of the client within SATIGO, ensuring client priorities are addressed and offering valuable feedback to internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in the public sector, with deep expertise in Central Government, NHS, Defence, or Police.
  • Proven success in client management and business development, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
