We are looking to engage an experienced Security Cleared Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of complex digital services within a secure, enterprise environment. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions, working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce-based solutions within a structured delivery environment
- Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practice
- Support integration with enterprise systems and data platforms
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance standards
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Understanding of secure and scalable application development
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer, App Builder or similar)
- Experience working within regulated or secure environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
