Position Summary
The Fleet & Maintenance Unit Manager is responsible for planning and coordinate all the operational oversight of the organization mainly emphasizing in all aspects of building preservations and maintenances and to manage and overview day-to-day functions relative to the Fleet & Maintenance unit as well as supervise and support branches.
Duties andResponsibilities
- Manage in all aspects of fleet and general maintenance and ensure a high standard of administration services is provided, recommendations to the Team and implement new developments.
- Manage in maintaining the office premises and equipment and maintain all aspect of office equipment/materials such as IT materials, aircons, generators, furniture and fixtures and so forth.
- Organized and keep records of office equipment manuals and practices and repair works related to all office facilities and equipment.
- Manage the office buildings systems such as plumbing, electrical, ventilation and so for the and manage the maintenance and fixed everything if necessary.
- Provide the advice in all aspect of necessary requirements and maintenance for all office building systems by providing the practical experiences as well as technical advice to the team.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness sand sanitations of the office building and environment
- Manage the office vehicle usage and record, review and maintain all the reports relating to travelling schedule, trip itinerary, accident & fuel purchases and vehicle utilization.
- Support the team in all aspect of vehicle administrations such as driver duties routines, mission assigned vehicles, timely issues and so for the.
- Support in all logistical aspects of delivery activities carried out by the whole organization.
- Manage to accomplish all vehicle and office maintenance systems are working properly and carry out the repair works ordering such as research the estimated spare parts price list.
- Handle the accident reports and yearly damage record of all SPNM vehicles and assist in producing reports.
- Preparing the departmental budget, prepares invoices, check requests and support in delivery matters.
- Maintain and organized the weekly repo9rt of whole fleet and maintenance process, decision and accuracy of documents in accountable of audit purpose.
- Lead in the development of policies, procedures, guidelines and checklists in fleet and maintenance, general administration and so forth.
- Managing and supervising vehicle control and maintenance, check vehicle usage.
- Provide training to branch staff on policies, procedures, and general administration and procurement process and so for the.
- Organize company internal events such as management meeting, annual staff party if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration or diploma/certificate in business administration.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Business management.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Influent in English, Burmese and Japanese is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure
