Position Summary
TheFleet&MaintenanceUnitAssistantisresponsibletoassistFleet&MaintenanceUnitofthe administrationdepartmentintheprovisionofclericalandadministrativeservicestotheorganization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- (1) Organizeandsupportinallaspectsoffleet&maintenancesuchasrepairthemachinery, equipment and officebuilding environment,
- (2)Supportandmaintainall aspectofofficeequipment/materialssuchasITmaterials,aircons, generators, furnitureandfixtures and so forth.
- (3)Supporttokeeprecordofofficeequipmentmanualsandpracticesandrepair worksrelatedto allofficefacilities and equipment.
- (4) Arrangeandsupportallaspectofnecessaryrequirementandmaintenanceforalloffice buildingsystemsbyprovidingthepracticalexperiencesas wellastechnicaladvice tothe team.
- (5)Inspect and maintain thecleanliness and sanitations of theofficebuilding and environment.
- (6)Supporttomanageofficevehicleusageandrecord,reviewandmaintainallthereportsrelating to travelling schedule, trip itinerary, accident & fuel purchases and vehicleutilization.
- (7)Assistin all logistical aspects of deliveryactivities carried out by thewholeorganization.
- (8)SupporttheUnitofficerandManagerinallaspectofvehicle administrationssuchasdriver duties routines, mission assigned vehicles, timely issues and so forth.
- (9)Supporttoaccomplishallvehicleandoffice maintenancesystemsare workingproperlyand carry out therepair works ordering such asresearch the estimated spareparts pricelist.
- (10)Support to record the accident reports and yearly damagerecords of all SPNM vehicles and assist in producing reports.
- (11)Supportinpreparingthedepartmentalbudget,preparesinvoices,checkrequestsandsupport in delivery matters.
- (12)Assistto maintain and organized the weekly report ofwholefleet& maintenanceprocess, decision and accuracy of document in accountableof auditpurpose.
- (13)Assistin development ofpolicies, procedures, guidelines and checklistsin general office administration, procurement processandso forth.
- (14) Support to provide training to branch staffs on policies, procedures, and guidelines and working relatedprocess to ensurestaffs knowledgeableand skills.
Qualifications:
- (1) Any graduates.
- (2) Minimum1 year experiencein related field.
- (3) Computer literate.
- (4) Ability to communicate effectivelyat all levels within anorganization.
- (5) Ableto work as part oftheteam.
- (6) Ableto speak English, Burmese and Japaneseis an advantage.
