The Challenge
We are currently seeking a People and Systems Administrator to support and enable all the teams across the Catapult. Working collaboratively, you will provide excellent administrative and systems support to the People Team ensuring we maintain highest levels of customer service to our colleagues and external clients alike. Working in a small team with the Director of People, People and Systems Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, this is a highly networked role that requires great attention to detail with a systems focus, ability to be proactive, work to challenging deadlines and be willing to learn. Previous experience in a People orientated role is desirable, but not essential; you must have systems experience and developed procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Keeping our systems up to date and reliable with regular improvements implemented.
- Through effective partnership with finance and our payroll provider we ensure there are no payroll errors.
- Our People team brand is seen as friendly, efficient and responsive – you are able to address policy questions independently.
- New starters are impressed with the on-boarding journey and ease of joining the Catapult.
- The quality of our checks and balances is high, exceptions to process are clearly documented with rationale.
- Our documents are accurate and kept up to date.
- You are the hub of the team – you see all the moving parts and help to ensure a ball is never dropped.
Requirements
- Previous systems experience and developed procedures and protocols (ideally within a people orientated role).
- Excellent attention to detail and able to accurately input and maintain data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with different teams within the business.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under time pressures.
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise.
