We are seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to join our busy law firm. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who is organised, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Office Hours: 8.30am β 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Assisting with post, deliveries, and general office administration
- Driving between offices and other business premises as required for business needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a busy reception desk (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, courteous, and client-focused
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel between offices and other premises during working hours
Additional Information:
