Join Our Growing Team — Personal Injury Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive Opportunity

As our firm continues to expand, Satchell Moran is excited to welcome a driven and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to our successful and supportive team. For the right candidate, we are offering a competitive package of £60,000–£70,000 OTE, along with a positive working culture, career development opportunities, and the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our litigation department.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, confident in their technical ability, and passionate about delivering high-quality legal representation. You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Personal Injury claims, including litigated files
  • Strong case progression and proactive file management skills
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding billing expectations
  • Experience using Proclaim Case Management Software

Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage a varied and interesting caseload spanning:

  • Employer Liability
  • Public Liability
  • Road Traffic Accident claims
  • Criminal Injury matters

Your role will involve:

  • Running cases from instruction to settlement or trial
  • Conducting investigations and securing medical/expert evidence
  • Drafting Letters of Claim, pleadings and litigation documents
  • Conducting settlement negotiations
  • Vetting new instructions and assessing case viability
  • Delivering exceptional client care
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with external stakeholders
