Pensions Litigation Solicitor in Liverpool

The firm is seeking to recruit a Housing Disrepair Litigator. \\n An attractive package in excess of £60,000 p/a is on offer for the right candidate. \\n The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience running a litigated case load, with Part 7 litigation experience, and a proven track record of meeting billing targets.

\\n The ideal candidate will:-\\n* Have solid experience in dealing with HDR claims, specifically litigated cases; \\n* Have a strong billing history; \\n* Be able to proactively assist with the development of the department, to include developing and identifying sources of work. \\nResponsibilities: \\n* Document checking/vetting claims \\n* Liaising with clients/ Defendants and Third Parties \\n* Drafting of Letters of Claims, Pre-Action Applications and advice letters to clients. \\n* Calculating Damages \\n* Working to deadlines \\n* Running a case load of 50% litigated cases \\n* Providing a high level of client service \\n* Liaising and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
