As our firm continues to expand, Satchell Moran is excited to welcome a driven and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to our successful and supportive team. For the right candidate, we are offering a competitive package of £60,000–£70,000 OTE, along with a positive working culture, career development opportunities, and the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our litigation department.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, confident in their technical ability, and passionate about delivering high-quality legal representation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Personal Injury claims, including litigated files.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding billing expectations.
- Experience using Proclaim Case Management Software.
- Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
- Road Traffic Accident claims.
- Conducting investigations and securing medical/expert evidence.
- Drafting Letters of Claim, pleadings and litigation documents.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with external stakeholders.
- Innovation and leadership in litigation.
- Supporting personal and professional development.
