Sataya Collection is representing one of England's most distinctive luxury country estates, a multi-award-winning property with 3 Michelin Keys, operating across two interconnected hotel settings within a single, fully integrated estate offering. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior operational role within an environment that is genuinely considered and well-regarded, both in the UK hospitality market and internationally.
The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the day-to-day performance of the hotel across both properties, encompassing front of house, housekeeping, spa and food and beverage. It's a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility for standards, team performance and the guest experience across every touchpoint.
The estate's identity is rooted in its land, its produce and the craftsmanship behind how it presents itself to guests. The right person will understand what that means in practice and will bring the operational rigour and personal presence to uphold it consistently.
This is a live-in or relocating hire. The estate has a strong culture, a clear sense of identity and a team that takes genuine pride in what they deliver.
