Sataya Collection is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our long-standing clients, a top-tier hedge fund in London. This is a rare opportunity to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a C-suite principal within an exceptionally fast-paced, high-performance investment environment. The role will suit an exceptionally polished, intelligent, and discreet EA who is comfortable operating at pace, managing complex priorities, and acting as a trusted right hand at the highest level.
The successful candidate will provide seamless support across an intense and ever-changing schedule, including complex diary management, international travel, meeting preparation, and day-to-day coordination across business and select private matters. This is a role for someone who is proactive, composed under pressure, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Experience supporting senior leadership within hedge funds, private equity, investment firms, family offices, or similarly high-performance financial environments is a requirement.
Scope of Role:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a C-suite principal within a top-tier hedge fund environment
- Manage an exceptionally busy and ever-changing diary, including meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex international travel, accommodation, itineraries, ground transport, and last-minute changes
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up actions
- Act as a key gatekeeper and liaison point between the principal and internal or external stakeholders
- Manage expenses, invoices, personal administration, and ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency
- Ensure the principal’s time is managed effectively and that day-to-day operations run seamlessly
- Handle confidential matters with absolute professionalism and maturity
The Ideal Profile:
- A finance-related degree or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA would be viewed very favourably
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within hedge funds, private equity, investment, or similarly fast-paced environments
- Highly polished, calm, and discreet, with excellent judgement
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise under pressure
- Experienced in managing complex global travel and diary logistics
- A background in finance, accounting, economics, or business would be highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally proactive, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented
- Able to operate with total confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- London-based, with flexibility to travel when required
