Position Overview: Sataya is representing the search for an experienced, highly polished, and discreet Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping function of an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family residence in Chelsea, London. This is a demanding, high-responsibility role for a hands-on housekeeping leader who can oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the department while maintaining the home to exceptional private household standards. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the housekeeping operation, leading and supporting a small team, ensuring impeccable presentation across the residence, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, wardrobe care, efficiency, and discretion at all times. Working closely with the wider household team, this role requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, service-driven, and experienced in managing people within a formal private household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping Management: Oversee and personally execute all high-level cleaning and maintenance of the residence, including specialist care for delicate surfaces, art, antiques, and fine furnishings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule any junior housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to the Principal's exacting standards.
