We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to orchestrate all dining and beverage operations at one of Britain's most distinguished luxury destinations. This pivotal role commands the leadership of a sophisticated team of approximately 75 hospitality professionals across multiple refined dining venues.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership & Team Development
- Lead with Vision: Cultivate a culture of excellence across all food and beverage outlets, guiding a distinguished team of 75 through direct reports including Restaurant Managers, Head Chefs, and Sommeliers
- Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and mentor exceptional professionals to ensure organisational depth and comprehensive succession planning
- Service Excellence: Establish and maintain rigorous standards that ensure consistency, professionalism, and compelling narratives around produce provenance and culinary craft
- Operational & Culinary Innovation
- Collaborative Excellence: Partner closely with culinary and beverage leadership to craft menus that honour seasonality and celebrate the estate's connection to the land
- Uncompromising Standards: Maintain impeccable attention to detail, cleanliness, and ambiance across all dining environments
- Commercial & Financial Stewardship
- Business Performance: Direct comprehensive budget management, forecasting, labour optimisation, and procurement strategies to achieve financial objectives
- Strategic Analysis: Leverage sales performance data and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and operational refinement
- Experience: Extensive background managing premium food and beverage venues, ideally within luxury hotel environments
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success leading multi-outlet or multi-team operations within the luxury hospitality sector
- Commercial Acumen: Sophisticated understanding of cost management, financial forecasting, and performance analytics
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hospitality systems including Oracle Opera, ResDiary, and Fourth HR highly advantageous

- WSET Level 2 in Wines & Spirits or degree in Hospitality Management
