Outreach Navigator – Helping Rough Sleepers Transform Their Lives Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness? We’re looking for compassionate and driven Outreach Navigators to join a dedicated team working to support rough sleepers with complex needs. If you thrive on making an impact, have your own transport, and can work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, this role is for you.
