HR Operations Manager – Kettering An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Manager to join a well-established, industry-leading company in Kettering. This role is perfect for an HR professional ready to lead the charge in fostering a progressive culture, modernising HR operations, and ensuring the people strategy drives business success. This well established manufacturing business with a proven track record. The HR Operations Manager will play a key role in this journey, helping to create a forward-thinking, people-first environment whilst sometimes “challenging convention”. About you: This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in change management. A CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management is essential, along with a proven track record in a senior HR role and manufacturing, although not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build positive working relationships. Professional, confidential and conscientious capable of working independently, they will bring a proactive approach to improving HR processes and fostering a positive, healthy work culture.
