- Due to recent planned operational development, a new opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a ** Warehouse Operative ** to lead & support our growing warehouse team near London Heathrow Airport. *
This role will be working hours listed below ( Working Hours / shifts ), with the right candidates having a background experience within a highly driven team environment with knowledge in aviation logistics, warehouse operations, Continuous improvement, high level quality awareness, 5S, and have at least 3 years’ experience of operations within a fast moving 24/7/365 environment.
The right candidates will have knowledge of Dangerous goods, Known Consignor, Export control, Health & Safety, possible VNA, Counterbalance & reach truck forklift experience.
Preferably EASA part 145 Inspection.
Furthermore, the successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent service levels, and an ability to be coached & develop as part of an effective team to strive to delight customers by their commitment, quality and attention to detail.
It should be noted that a good knowledge of Aerospace & the Aviation industry would be useful but not essential.

- Expected previous first hand knowledge *
- Goods Inspection of aircraft parts along with Quality control and Quarantine processes
- Storage, Picking, Packing & shipping of goods
- Data entry through computer systems for parts movement Inbound & Outbound
- Perpetual inventory / Cycle count stock checking with data entry
- Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point in support of operational functions
- Compliance with strict Health & Safety guidelines in a highly focussed 5S driven warehouse environment
- Working Hours / shifts *
- Night shift patterns starting at 6pm to 6am 4 on 4 off
- Annual leave is set at 20 x 12 hr holidays per calendar year
