Satworks is looking for a trainee Job Scheduler to manage broadband installation bookings for major blue-chip and enterprise clients.
This is a key role within the operations team, focused on making sure installations are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll be coordinating engineers, managing schedules, and keeping everything on track in a fast-moving, SLA-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage broadband installation appointments for blue-chip and enterprise customers
- Allocate field engineers based on location, availability, and skillset
- Ensure all jobs are delivered within agreed SLAs
- Handle reschedules, delays, and urgent requests as they come up
- Act as a point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Monitor job progress and step in to resolve any issues quickly
- Keep scheduling systems and records accurate and up to date
- Look for ways to improve efficiency, routing, and overall scheduling performance
