Sastra Group is working with a Series A Software Development vendor who is changing the Marketing Technology space. One of their key hires is an Enterprise Account Executive. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and growth by strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Enterprise Sales within the software development and marketing technology sectors. This position is Hybrid and requires you to be in the London office 1 or 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales journey, from initial outreach to finalizing deals, with a focus on enterprise-level opportunities. This includes leading product demonstrations and nurturing customer relationships throughout the process.
  • Conduct Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations via Zoom, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of the product.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the VP of Sales and other senior leadership to refine the sales strategy, develop an outbound sales process, and enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass revenue objectives, playing a key role in the company's growth and profitability.
  • Optimize Sales Tools: Implement and manage CRM systems and other sales technologies to streamline and improve the efficiency of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS products and services, preferably in the Retail Tech or Commerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding a sales quota of £1 million or more.
  • Experience in building a sales territory from the ground up.
  • Proven ability in self-prospecting and generating top-of-funnel leads.
  • Experience in working with start-ups or scale-ups is highly desirable.
