SASSY+ is looking for an Account Manager with a passion for their profession, incredible attention to detail, automotive marketing experience, excellent client relationships, commercial focus and the energy to juggle multiple projects at any one time.
Main Locations: Sassy+ Elstree & Sassy+ Farringdon (4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH)
Position: Full-Time (9am-6pm)
Salary: £40k
Start date: ASAP
ROLE SUMMARY: To lead the running of important marketing client accounts, working closely with the Creative, Design, Accounts and Production teams, implementing any systems required for the smooth running and timely delivery of multiple projects and assets. Additionally, this role will need to ensure the continued growth of our excellent client relationships through a proactive commercial mindset.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact with client(s) – including liaising and leading face-to-face & Teams meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up next steps, running timelines, ensuring the team meet timely production and deliveries, liaising with all internal departments/external suppliers and preparing status reports where required.
- Nurture and grow your client relationships commercially.
- Ensure correct standards for all work are met satisfactorily and objectives are achieved.
- Organise and align client and internal team objectives across film, social and brochure design assets through pre-production, production and post, across multiple formats and deliverables.
- Run inter-agency communications and meetings from the Sassy+ side.
- Provide a supporting role for Director(s), Creative and Production teams where relevant.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience working in the automotive sector.
- Experience working with video, photography and brochure design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- An understanding of film, social, photography and brochure formats and deliverables.
- Great working relationships with internal team members, external clients and suppliers.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels; with excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to write appropriately for differing requirements (including client proposals, status updates, SOWs, pitches, presentations etc).
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, as well as an excellent attention to detail.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Ability to implement systems for the smooth running of multiple, complex productions.
- A desire to take ownership and responsibility for account activity, commercial direction, project delivery and the quality of work.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
- Hugely efficient project management.
- Forging excellent relationships with clients and internal team.
- The ability to grow client relationships and realise commercial client potential.
- Feedback from line manager.
- Performance to be formally reviewed after three months and then once per year.
