The Role:

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness at the site, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring all areas meet Sasse standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general and specific cleaning duties in line with Sasse standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all assigned areas, including waste and litter removal.
  • Follow job cards (where applicable) and Supervisor instructions.
  • Operate in full compliance with Health & Safety guidelines at all times.

Essential Requirements:

  • Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
  • Full training and support will be provided by our team, no formal qualifications are needed.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred as the assigned work locations are geographically dispersed and may be difficult to access by public transport.
