Location: Cressex Health Centre, High Wycombe (HP12 3PP)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Contracted: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £14.45 per hour

The Role:

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that high-quality cleaning services are delivered in a timely manner, including daily and deep cleaning of premises, as well as participating in quality auditing systems when required. You will also be required to carry out cleaning duties as part of the role.

Ensuring that both you and your team are working in a safe and healthy manner, in full compliance with client and internal Health & Safety standards. Always act responsibly and professionally, ensuring you represent the Sasse in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner. Assist with weekly rotas, scheduling, and holiday management when required, as well as basic staff management tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
  • Full training and support will be provided by our team, no formal qualifications are needed.
