As a GSO Shunter, you will play an essential role in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Move and manoeuvre vehicles/buses within the depot, following instructions from the allocator and parking according to the parking plan.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness, including bus and facility cleaning and waste removal.
  • Perform fuelling tasks.
  • Conduct visual checks for any damage, report issues, and ensure all windows are closed before buses enter the wash.
  • Follow strict Health & Safety procedures and instructions.
  • Use digital reporting tools.
  • Deliver timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK car (B category) driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ambition to grow.
